1 onion (thinly sliced)
1 T olive oil
2 bottles beer (12 oz each)
4 fully cooked bratwurst
1 T steak sauce
4 flour tortillas (warm)
4 slices cheese
Heat grill to medium heat. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large skillet on mid-high heat 5 min till onions are golden brown; cover. Simmer on low heat 10 min.
In saucepan bring beer to boil; add brats and cook 5 min. Drain brats, place on grill and grill 4-5 min until heated through and browned.
Stir steak sauce into onions. Top tortillas with cheese slices, onions and brats; roll up.
