Crunchy Nacho Dogs
Ingredients:
- refrigerated crescent rolls - 8 ounce tube
- American OR Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- hot dogs - 4
- milk - 1 T
- crushed Cheddar Tortilla Chips - 2 cups
Instructions:
Unroll crescent rolls onto a lightly floured work surface. Keeping 2 rolls together, forming a rectangle, pinch perforated edges together. Lay cheese slice in the center of the rectangle. Place hot dog on top of the cheese. Fold the short edges over the dog ends, then roll them up. Pinch dough together under the hot dogs. Lightly brush each roll with milk, roll in crushed chips.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
Serve immediately with ranch dressing, ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc.
