For each roll-up you choose to make-
1 slice fresh white sandwich bread (crusts removed)
1 piece of cheese (your choice Velveeta, American, Provolone, etc)
Use a sharp knife and remove the crust from bread slices. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin until very flat. Place a slice of cheese on each bread slice and roll each of these into a tight roll. Press the edge of the bread of the roll to seal.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 T butter. When butter swizzles, place the roll-ups in the skillet. Gently roll until all sides are golden brown and cheese is soft melted.
Serve with warm marinara sauce.
