Italian Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- bottom round beef roast - 2 - 3 pounds
- beef stock - 1 cup
- Italian Salad Dressing Mix - 1 packet
- pepperoncini rings - 1 jar
- crusty french bread - 1 loaf
Instructions:
Place roast into slow cooker, pour broth over roast, sprinkle dressing mix over top. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours. About 1 hour before the roast is done, place the pepperoncini over the roast. Shred meat, return meat to slow cooker, stir. Serve on crusty french bread with a side of au jus and giardiniera.
