Lasagna Pockets
Ingredients:
- refrigerated biscuits - 1 can
- ground beef - 1 pound
- spaghetti sauce - 24 ounce jar
- shredded mozzarela cheese - 1 cup
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
- cream cheese, room temperature - 8 ounces
Instructions:
In a skillet brown ground beef and crumble, drain grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
In a bowl mix cream cheese until smooth, slowly blend cream cheese with meat mixture, stir.
Roll biscuits thin, spread 1 T of meat mixture on biscuit, top with mozzarella cheese. Seal edges and place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Brush butter over top of biscuits.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 13 - 16 minutes, until golden brown.
