Pizza Balls
Ingredients:
- refrigerated buttermilk biscuits - 3 cans (10 per can)
- pepperoni slices - 56
- coby cheese - 1 block, cut into 28 squares
- egg, beaten - 1
- Parmesan cheese -
- Italian seasoning -
- garlic powder -
- pizza sauce - 1 jar
Instructions:
Will use 28 biscuits. Flatten each biscuit flat. On each biscuit lay a slice of pepperoni, cheese cube and another pepperoni slice. Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch togther. Place rolls seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Brush rolls with beaten egg. Sprinkle desired amount of parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder over rolls. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 18 - 20 minutes. Serve hot with pizza sauce.
