Southwest Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
- Southwestern seasoned chicken breast strips, chopped - 3 ounces
- sundried tomatoes, diced - 1 T
- cherry cranberry pecan mix - 2 T
- Greek yogurt - 1 T
- lettuce blend -
- Kosher salt and black pepper - to desired taste
- tarragon vinegar -
- multigrain flat bread -
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together chicken, tomatoes, pecan mix and yogurt. Stir in a couple of shakes of tarragon, salt and pepper.
Lay lettuce on bread, spread on chicken mixture, roll up. Serve.
