Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
- ground turkey - 1 pound
- egg, beaten - 1
- garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Feta cheese - 2 ounces
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry - 5 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Form mixture into 4 patties.
Cook on preheated grill, for about 20 minutes; flip burgers over after 10 minutes of cooking. Can also be cooked in a skillet on the stove.
