6 ounce can solid white tuna, drained
3 T mayonnaise
2 t Dijon mustard
pinch of pepper
1/4 c finely chopped celery
1/4 c finely chopped green onion
1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
1 baguette 8 inches
2 slices deli Cheddar cheese or Havarti cheese, cut in half
In bowl combine and mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; stir in celery and green onions. Stir in tomatoes.
Cut bread lengthwise in half. Spread tuna mixture over bread; top with cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, 1 – 2 minutes.
