Churro Chex Mix
Ingredients:
- chex cereal - 9 c
- cinnamon chips - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 1/2 t
Instructions:
Pour cereal into large bowl; set aside. In a bowl mix sugars and cinnamon together; set aside.
Melt cinnamon chips and butter together stir until smooth. (If to thick add a bit of oil) Pour chip mixture over cereal, mix until all the cereal coated. Slowly add half the sugar mixture over the cereal while tossing. Place cereal mixture on wax paper, sprinkle the rest of the sugar mixture over top, completely cool before serving.
