Fire Crackers
Ingredients:
- unsalted saltine crackers - 1 pound box
- canola oil - 1 c
- ranch dressing mix - 1 ounce packet
- crushed red pepper flakes - 2 T
- garlic powder - 1/2 t
Instructions:
Place crackers on ends (like dominoes) in an air-tight container.
In a bowl combine oil, dressing mix, pepper and garlic; stir well. Continue stirring (to keep pepper from settling on the bottom of the bowl) while spooning the mixture over the crackers.
Cover tightly and flip container over every 5 minutes for 20 minutes. Lightly shake back and forth, making sure all the crackers are coated.
Store in a Ziploc bag. Will keep for 6 - 7 days.
