Honey-Almond-Coconut Granola
Ingredients:
- honey - 1/3 cup
- canola oil - 3 T
- vanilla extract - 1 t
- ground cinnamon - 1 t
- salt - 1/4 t
- old fashioned oats - 3 cups
- sweetened flake coconut - 3/4 cup
- coarsely chopped whole almonds - 3/4 cup
- unsalted roasted sunflower - 1/4 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together honey, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Add oats, coconut, almonds and sunflower seeds; mix together until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly on a 17 x 12 inch rimmed baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss; spread in a even layer. Return to oven bake for 8 - 10 minutes, until golden.
Cool on baking sheet. Store in a airtight container.
