Italian Nachos
Ingredients:
- tortilla chips - 8 ounce bag
- spaghetti sauce - 1 cup
- mushroom, pieces and stems, drained, pated dry - 4 ounce can
- crushed red pepper - 1/2 t
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup to desired taste
- chopped, pepperoni OR hot sausage, cooked, crumbled - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
- chopped black olives (optional) - to desired taste
Instructions:
Spread chips on a round pizza pan. Evenly spoon spaghetti sauce over chips, place mushrooms and pepperoni on sauce. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper then sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 4 - 6 minutes or until cheese has melted; serve immediately.
