Peanut Butter and Corn Chips
Ingredients:
- corn chips - 9.75 to 10.5 ounce package
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
Instructions:
Spread corn chips in a greased 15 x 10 inch pan. In a saucepan, over medium heat bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stir frequently; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; add peanut butter stir until smooth, pour over corn chips. If desired drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate chips. When set; break apart.
