Smoky Cashews
Ingredients:
- unsalted cashews, toasted - 2 cups
- finely chopped fresh rosemary - 2 T
- smoked hot paprika - 1 tsp
- packed light brown sugar - 2 T
- coarse salt - 2 tsp
- butter, melted - 1 T
Instructions:
Spread nuts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Mix remaining ingredients together, add cashews, toss until evenly coated.
Store cashews in an airtight container at room temperature, for up to 2 weeks.
