1 pound dried white beans
14 ounces kielbasa, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/2 inch thick
4 c chicken broth
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 t dried rosemary
1 c water
In a crock pot, combine all ingredients.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours until beans are tender, on low for 7 to 8 hours. Just before serving, stir in 6 c baby spinach. Serve with baguette roll.
