Creamy Taco Soup
Ingredients:
- white beans, rinsed, drained - 15 ounce can
- black beans, rinsed, drained - 15 ounce can
- diced green chills - 4 ounce can
- diced tomatoes - 15 ounce can
- chicken broth - 1 cup
- frozen OR fresh corn - 1 cup
- shredded cooked chicken breast - 1 1/2 pounds
- fresh squeezed lime juice - 2 T
- garlic, minced - 1 clove
- onion powder - 1/2 t
- fresh oregano, chopped - 1 T
- smoked paprika - 1/2 t
- chili powder - 1 t
- cumin - 1 t
- dried cilantro - 1 T
- Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend - 2 t
Instructions:
In a blender, puree 1/2 cup broth and white beans, pour into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Cover and cook for 2 hours on high or 4 - 5 hours on low.
