Slow Cooker Cauliflower Cheese Soup
Ingredients:
- cauliflower, cut into florets - 1 medium
- condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 10 3/4 ounce can
- milk - 1/2 cup
- pepper - 1/2 t
- salt - 1/2 t
- shredded cheddar cheese - 2 cups
Instructions:
Place cauliflower into a slow cooker. In a saucepan mix together the soup, milk, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until smooth, add cheese and whisk until smooth. Pour sauce over the cauliflower and stir to coat the cauliflower. Cover, cook on low 3 - 4 hours or until cauliflower is tender.
