Stuffed Green Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
- lean ground beef - 1 pound
- onion, diced - 1
- green bell peppers, diced - 2
- tomato sauce - 15 ounce can
- diced tomatoes - 14.5 ounce can
- basil - 1/2 t
- oregano - 1/2 t
- water - 3 cups
- beef bouillon - 1 cube
- cooked brown OR white rice - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a dutch oven, brown beef and onion; drain the beef. Stir in remaining ingredients, turn heat to medium high until soup reaches a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for an hour, stir occasionally.
