Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 2 pounds
- water - 2 quarts
- tomato sauce - 28 ounce can
- diced tomatoes - 28 ounces
- cooked long grain rice - 2 cup
- chopped green peppers - 2 cups
- brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- salt - 2 t
- beef bouillon granules - 2 t
- black pepper - 1 t
Instructions:
In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until peppers are tender.
