Baked Potato Topping or Dip
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 16 ounces
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 12 ounce package
- sharp cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 ounces
- thinly sliced scallions or chives - 1/3 c
Instructions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients, place in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Garnish with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
Serve on baked potatoes or use for a dip with crackers, potato chips or pretzel, etc.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
