Version #1 –
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 heaping tablespoon coconut oil
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stir to combine and mixture is smooth.
Cool to room temperature and spoon over ice cream.
Store in airtight jar at room temperature. DO NOT STORE IN REFRIGERATOR!
Version #2 –
13 ounce jar Nutella
3 T coconut oil
Melt Nutella and coconut oil together, stir to combine and mixture is smooth.
Cool and spoon over ice cream.
Store in airtight jar at room temperature. DO NOT STORE IN REFREGERATOR!
