Asparagus Roll-ups
Ingredients:
- cheese, your choice, easy to melt - 4 thin slices
- asparagus, cooked until just tender - 4 spears
- deli ham, cut thin - 4 slices
- egg, beaten - 1
- flour -
- olive oil -
Instructions:
Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 asparagus spear on each slice of ham, do not cover asparagus tips, roll each one to form a cylinder.
Dip ham rolls into beaten egg; then into the flour.
Heat oil in skillet, fry roll-ups until golden brown. Serve immediately.
