Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients:
- cauliflower, cut up - 1 head
- hard boiled eggs, chopped - 6
- celery, chopped - 3 stalks
- onion, chopped - 1 small
- frozen peas, thawed - 1 cup
- bacon, cooked, crumbled - 1/2 package
- mayonnaise - 1 cup
- mustard - 1 T
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine cauliflower, eggs, celery, onion, peas and bacon.
Prepare dressing -- in a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, pour over salad, mix.
Cover, place in refrigerator for 3 hours, tastes better the next day.
