Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- frozen tater tots - 1 bag
- sour cream - 1 cup
- ranch dressing - 1/2 cup
- milk - 1/4 cup
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- real bacon bits - 1/2 cup
- chopped green onions - 1/4 cup
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
Place tater tots on a cookie sheet, bake per package directions.
In a bowl blend together sour cream, ranch dressing and milk. Drizzle mixture over cooked tater tots. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onions over the top.
Return pan to the oven until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
