Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
- whole kernal corn, drained - 15 1/4 ounce can
- cream style corn - 14 3/4 ounce can
- Jiffy Corn Muffin mix - 8 ounce box
- sour cream - 1 cup
- butter, melted - 4 T
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 1/2 cups
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine corn, Jiffy, sour cream and butter, mix well. Stir in cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
