Creamy Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 pound package
- cubed, Velveeta cheese - 2 cups
- cream of celery soup - 1 can
- cream of chicken soup - 1 can
- sour cream - 1 pint
- bacon, cooked, crumbled - 1/2 pound
- onion, chopped - 1 medium
- margarine, melted - 1/4 cup
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together, place in a crockpot. Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours.
