Creamy Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 pounds
- margarine, melted - 1/2 cup
- cream of chicken soup - 10 ounce can
- shredded Velveeta cheese - 2 cups
- pepper - 1/4 t
- garlic powder - 1/4 t
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 cup
- salt - 1 t
- sour cream - 1 pint
- milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together; pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
