Grilled Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients:
- frozen potatoes with onions and peppers - 4 cups
- vegetable oil - 1 T
- seasoned salt - 12 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 cup
Instructions:
Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray 18 x 13 inch sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes in center of foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt.
Seal edges, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion.
Place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 30 minutes, turning once. Carefully open packet; sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Cover loosely; let stand 4 - 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
