Grilled Potatoes
Ingredients:
- new red potatoes - 1 1/2 pounds
- onion - 1 large
- minced garlic - 1 T
- butter - 4 T
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 - 2 T
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 t
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
Slice potatoes and onion into 1/8 – 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on foil large enough to fold over and roll up edges. Top with garlic, butter, Worcestershire and cayenne.
Fold packet and roll edges to close tightly. Grill on medium heat for 30 minutes or in a pan in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
