Loaded Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 32 ounces
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese - 2 cups
- real bacon bits - 6 ounces
- Ranch Dip mix - 1 packet
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 28 - 30 ounce bag
Instructions:
In a bowl mix together sour cream, cheese, bacon bits and dried Ranch Dip mix. Fold hash brown potatoes.
Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 50 – 60 minutes, until edges are bubbling and top is brown.
