Ranch Nuggets and Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
- tater tots - 28 ounce bag
- shredded cheddar cheese - 2 cups
- real bacon pieces - 1 cup
- dry Ranch Dressing Mix - 2 T
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
- plain Greek Yogurt - 2 small containers
- dry Ranch Dressing mix - 1 package
Instructions:
Bake tater tots per directions on package. In a bowl, mix together cheese, bacon and dressing; turn oven to broil. Spread mixture over baked tater tots; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 3 - 5 minutes until cheese in melted and bubbly.
Prepare dipping sauce -- in a bowl, mix together yogurt and 1 package dry Ranch Dressing mix.
