Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- brussels sprouts washed, cut in half -
- garlic salt and black pepper - to desired taste
- olive oil -
Instructions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil, add Brussels sprouts, garlic salt and pepper, fry in a hot skillet until brown and get crisp.
Stir and place lid on skillet for Brussels sprouts to brown on the other side and soften.
