Roasted Kale
Instructions:
Rinse kale and remove it from the stem, tear into small pieces. Pour a little olive oil in a zip lock bag, add kale and shake bag. Place kale on a foil-lined baking pan.
Sprinkle sea salt over the kale and add chopped walnuts.
Roast in a preheated 275 degree oven for 18 - 20 min, watch carefully because it will burn if roasted to long.
Kale should be very crisp.
