Sauteed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- fresh mushrooms, cleaned, cut in half or sliced - 1 pound
- butter - 1/4 cup
- vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
- garlic powder - 1/4 t
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
- lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
- parsley flakes - 1 t
Instructions:
In a skillet, melt butter, add oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and juice; heat thoroughly. Add mushrooms, continue cooking, stir occasionally until mushrooms are tender, approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, serve.
