Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Ingredients:
- Margarine - 3 T
- Flour - 2 T
- Milk - 3 cups
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cream of Onion Soup - 1 can
- Potatoes - 6 (medium)
- Ham -
Instructions:
Melt margarine then add flour, milk, salt, pepper and soup. Stir until thickened.
Peel potatoes and thinly slice. Cut ham into cubes.
Mix together, put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
