Vegetable Medley
Ingredients:
- frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower medley, thawed, drained - 16 ounce bag
- cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 10 3/4 ounce can
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped pimientos, drained - 4 ounce jar
- shredded Swiss cheese, divided - 1 cup
- French fried onions - 2.8 can
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir in half of the onions; mix well. Pour into an ungreased casserole dish.
Cover, bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until bubbly.
Uncover; spread remaining cheese and onions over top. Return dish to the oven,, bake until cheese is melted.
